Pukimak-pukimak Terperap di Dewan Rakyat Sila Ninggal

Written by: Averroes

Malaysia practices a form of government that is based on the English Westminster system. Though as in the case of Ah Thian v Government of Malaysia, we are a constitutional supremacy state. Even the Prime Minister must abide by the tenets and desideratum of the paramount law of our nation per article 4 of the Federal Constituion, the Rule of Law must stand. Despite the Federal Constitution's omission to define the Prime Minister as member of Public Service, he is liable for his promiscuity for wealth and prowess. This was seen in the case Najib Razak v Tony Phua where the torts of abuse of power in public office can be applied as part of Common Law. Remarkably later, Malaysians have rejoiced over the Kuala Lumpur High Court decision where the former Prime Minister is guilty of seven (7) charges for his criminal convictions. Hip-hip Hurrah!

Now we turn our attention to the Dewan Rakyat, many of our MPs have suffered from a severe disease known as the 'pukimak anak haram sundal' and this ailment is spreading contentiously with no antidote or vaccine. This is a major concern as the symptoms of being a pukimak includes very disastrous side-effects which is colloquial to a 'beruk, kera, lotong, gorilla, chimpanzee, mawas, monyet and babi fuck sial species' and Charles Darwin biological species classifications of inferior Human predecessors. Usually, they would holler and bellow their throats out, while suffocating from intense constipation and gonorrhea. Sad as it sounds, calamity would prevail unless there are efforts to plummet these horrors of mankind.

I will point out where did this disease originate and the mitigation.

Firstly, this must be because of the Parliamentary Privilege that they have been granted as under article 63 of the Federal Constitution. This enables to them to lob and utter obscene and foul language at other MPs, thus spreading this unfaithful demise. This may include racist demagoguery and blatant insults which is counter-productive to the business and functions of our honourable Dewan Rakyat. This is all done for the transparency and continuous discourse within the chamber. Though, there should not be any objections to this, MPs should not utilise and fleece such privilege which renders the Dewan Rakyat, not as a ground for civilised confabulations and discussions, but more of a breeding ground to incite hate and provocation.

Secondly, I am very startled that all the MPs come from educated backgrounds and given the best of titles and honours. Yet, it is disappointing that this is a complete contrast. This all connects dots that an MP with the titles of Tan Sri, Dato', YB, Professor, Doctor, Master holders and Bosskur are not necessarily infallible beings, cleansed from the dirt and scums of brain-damage and sins. This does not guarantee a good background and education produces the expected results of a gentleman, a diplomatic orator or a cultured patron of advancements. Thus, wisdom and knowledge will not supplement a complete person without instilling decorum and proper demeanor. Leniency and respect of one another and the wits of subtle chastise, being implicit without provoking chaos.

Thirdly, emotions and infatuation for releasing animosity I would say is something that can hardly be contained. I would like to delineate the differences between a mock-simulated Dewan Rakyat and a real Dewan Rakyat. You see, the exact difference with the words mock-simulated and real gives this brevity that the environment and ambience in both entities varies on the degree of emotional discharges and stress. We may view a mock-simulated form as being relaxed and cool as it does not really involve taxpayers money or the fate of the country, though I do not disregard the potency of a mock-simulated parliament to educate and excel the youth. For the real Dewan Rakyat, it indeed involves policies, questions of laws, the fate and destiny of our country. Of course, people would be enraged by flaws and mistakes committed, but does that justify our fulmination?

Now, we proceed to mitigate this. I always believe that education is the pinnacle to all of the world's problem. While, in countries that lack the sufficient funding and politics cracking down people from accessing freedom of education is another issue, education has the potential to raise the consciousness of the youth to grapple themselves away from the grip of rhetorical and deplorable methods of politics. I highly welcome any initiatives to further educate the youth on civilised discussions among each other and the public, while finding ways of racial unity and scrubbing away political influence into schools until the brink of extinction. As we all know, the youths will become the future inheritors and shall replace the pukimak in the Dewan Rakyat. They are the ones who will attempt to dismantle all the three problems that had surfaced and soon, our Parliament may dwell with competent and respected individuals, cured from the horrendous disease of pukimak.

This may be realised, though it may take time and cooperation from all stakeholders, and that includes us. If we take a few moments and time to reevaluate the heated situation within our country, then perhaps this ordeal would subside and days to come for a progressive Malaysia is what we all inspire and await for. Stop dreaming and wake up to bring this contingency into a present.
